Job Description

Sales Valuer / Lister - West London
Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with one of the largest residential estate agency organisations in the world. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join their established and successful West London office.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Generating, arranging, and attending sales market appraisals.
• 
  Converting valuations into sales instructions.
• 
  Providing accurate pricing advice based on current market conditions.
• 
  Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
• 
  Managing the sales listing process from instruction to handover.
• 
  Working closely with the branch team to maximise pipeline and agreed sales.
• 
  Reporting on valuation activity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister within residential estate agency.
• 
  Demonstrated success in winning new sales instructions.
• 
  Strong knowledge of the West London residential sales market.
• 
  Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• 
  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 
  Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.

Salary & Benefits:

• 
  £25,000-£30,000 basic salary
• 
  £60,000-£70,000 OTE
• 
  Mileage Allowance

Working Hours:

• 
  Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
• 
  Saturday: 10am-3.30pm (alternating Saturdays with a day off in lieu)
