Your RoleBe part of our client's team as a
Client Engagement Specialist, where you will qualify leads, manage inbound and outbound outreach, book sales meetings, and maintain CRM accuracy. You will also support proposals, reporting, and administrative tasks to keep sales operations efficient while driving measurable results.

What We're Looking For in YouExperience & Industry Knowledge
Preferred 3-5 years in sales or business development
B2B or automotive experience is an advantage

Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
Follow up consistently with early-stage leads
Book qualified meetings and manage reschedules
Maintain accurate CRM notes, statuses, and records
Assist with proposals, quotes, reporting, and sales documentation
Maintain other internal systems/databases with accurate information
Research & Strategy
Research target accounts to tailor outreach and identify key decision-makers
Monitor industry trends to anticipate prospect needs and current market demands
Track lead funnel progression and flag stalled opportunities for review
Help facilitate ideas for internal marketing outreach

Qualified leads generated
Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
