Job Description

As an Airline Reservations Agent, you will manage end-to-end flight bookings, ticketing, and itinerary changes while delivering accurate, professional support to travelers. Your expertise ensures smooth travel experiences, precise fare handling, and high-quality service across multiple customer touchpoints.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Airline Reservations or equivalent role
  • Working knowledge of Sabre and Tramada
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in bookings, payments, and itinerary changes
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage flight reservations, ticketing, rebooking, and cancellations efficiently
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, seat availability, and airline policies
  • Assist customers professionally via phone, email, or chat
  • Process payments, fare adjustments, refunds, and itinerary changes accurately
  • Maintain detailed and organized booking and customer interaction records
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Ensure compliance with airline rules, regulations, and travel policies
  • Contribute to a consistently positive customer experience while supporting team objectives
