Client Experience Support Specialist, you'll support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns by coordinating setups, tracking performance, managing assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches and successful outcomes for global clients.

The Qualifications We Seek
1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, ad-ops, media operations, or a related support role
Familiarity with ad serving platforms, DCO technology, or campaign execution workflows is a strong plus
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficiency in using technical platforms and willingness to learn new systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Passion for delivering high-quality work that supports excellent client outcomes
Highly Preferred Experience
Experience with the client platform or similar DCO tools
Familiarity with creative versioning, data feeds, or performance reporting tools
Understanding of digital media buying or programmatic advertising environment
Your Daily Tasks
Assist Client Experience Managers in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
Translate client objectives into actionable configurations within the platform
Monitor campaign performance and flag risks or opportunities to account leads
Prepare and organize data feeds, creative assets, reports, and documentation
Maintain working knowledge of the platform to guide internal teams and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with product, operations, and creative teams to support client needs
Manage project timelines and task tracking for timely campaign launches
Document workflows, processes, and learnings to support scalability
Prepare internal updates, summaries, and training materials
Support continuous improvement across accounts
