What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as a Sales Specialist, where you'll connect with warm leads, build genuine client relationships, and convert interest into booked fashion and portrait photography experiences. This is consultative, people-first selling-combining empathy and persuasion to deliver consistent results.

About the Client

For over 15 years, our client has been Australia's industry leader in magazine-style fashion portraits. With 3 studios located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, they have helped over 20,000 people to achieve their dream of becoming a model. The studio is home to some of Australia's most experienced fashion photographers, makeup artists and stylists who know exactly what it takes to help their clients succeed in the modelling industry.

Employment Type: Full-time
Shift:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM (during DST)
9:00 AM-6:00 PM (after DST), PH time
Schedule: Fixed weekends off
Work Setup: Hybrid
Location: PNB, Makati

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of relevant sales experience

Strong communication skills with a track record of hitting monthly targets

Willingness to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls

Results-driven, assertive, organized, and self-managed

Creative interest in fashion, styling, photography, or modeling

Outgoing personality that connects well with clients (primarily females aged 13-35)

Willing to work onsite at PNB, Makati

Contact leads via phone, SMS, and email

Build genuine relationships and uncover client motivations

Create excitement and inspire clients to book photo shoots (PHP 89 booking fee)

Manage leads using HubSpot CRM
