Caddick is delivering a 拢20m contract to build Siemens Mobility鈥檚 new bogie assembly and service centre in Goole.
Forming part of Siemens Mobility鈥檚 Goole Rail Village, the new facility will increase capacity for Siemens Mobility鈥檚 bogie and wheelset overhaul work.
Caddick is building 13,500 sq m industrial unit on 1.5 hectares of cleared land alongside the Goole train manufacturing facility. Building work will include associated car parking and infrastructure.
Set for completion in spring 2026, the bogie service centre will be used for the assembly and refurbishment of rail components, including new build bogies and wheelsets to supply rail networks around the world.

The contract adds to Caddick鈥檚 work in the region鈥檚 industrial sector, which includes Yara International鈥檚 new manufacturing plant at Ozone Business Park in Howden.
Caddick is also building Schneider Electrical鈥檚 new 16,500 sq m manufacturing plant in Scarborough, where the energy management specialist is investing 拢42m to ride the cleaner energy wave.
