Barking & Dagenham鈥檚 education and built environment framework will be used for construction works to schools and other educational premises as well as for other general construction works to a range of public buildings. This includes the managed landscapes between buildings but will not include civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
The framework is divided into three lots, according to the value of the works being procured. Each lot is worth an estimated 拢200m
Lot 1 is for works valued at between 拢500,000 and 拢3.5m. The selected contractors are:

Lot 2 is for works valued at between 拢3.5m and 拢10m. The selected contractors are:

Lot 3 is for works valued at more than 拢10m. The selected contractors are:
