Kier will look after the eastern part of the borough under a 拢16.9m contract, while Morrison has the west part of the borough under a 拢16.0m contract.
Work includes responsive maintenance and repair of houses, flats and estates, sheltered housing, hostels, community centres and some of the council鈥檚 commercial properties. Some planned maintenance work will be included.
