M Squared, which specialists in landscaping and groundworks, has invested what is described as seven figures into repairs and maintenance specialist EBS 色猫直播 Limited.
Both companies are based in Glasgow.
EBS has more than 50 years of industry experience in structural repairs, stone masonry and building restoration works across Scotland. EBS directors David Sinclair and Brian Ticcioni will work with the M Squared team to build the client base further.
M Squared has been in business for 10 years and turned over approximately 拢10m last year. It is targeting 拢25m in revenue by 2027, both by organic growth and acquisitions.
