Kier looks to develop northwest supply chain

7 Oct 13 Kier is looking for suppliers and subcontractors in the northwest of England to join its supply chain for a social housing project.

It is looking for a wide range of trades as the project covers adaptations, bricklaying, electrical, gas maintenance, joinery, mechanical installations, multi-skilled trades, painting, plastering, plumbing, roofing, scaffolding, asbestos and external wall insulation.

Kier is holding a supplier engagement day this week, on 10 October 2013 at the Holiday Inn, Haydock. Subcontractors, suppliers and tradespeople are invited to attend for free.

The event is hosted by ɫèֱ²¥line, the government-owned database of contractors – to find out about winning work with Kier on a social housing project.
