Wayne Davies is joining Laing O鈥橰ourke on 12th January 2026 as chief people officer from facilities management contractor Premier Technical Services Group, where he has worked for the past 18 months.
Much of his career has been spent with various parts of the General Electric (GE) group. More recently he spent five years as senior vice president for human resources (HR) at Emirates, the Dubai-based airline
Laing O鈥橰ourke already has an HR director on its Europe executive committee and one on its Australia executive committee but not one on its overarching group executive committee. Wayne Davies will now fill this gap.
