Plant and machinery supplier Molson Equipment has recruited Simon Causier to the position of sales director.
Causier joins Molson having lost his previous job last month with the collapse of Warwick Ward Machinery, where was commercial director.
Causier was with Warwick Ward for 18 years, during which time he helped launch and develop sales of new brands into the construction, recycling and aggregates sectors throughout the UK.
Warwick Ward (Machinery) Ltd collapsed into administration in December 2025 after 55 years trading, 30 months after the owners sold up to an employee ownership trust.
