The contract amounts to US$522m (拢327.7m) and Skanska鈥檚 share is 90%, which amounts to US$470m (拢295m).
Major project components of the contract include hospital towers with an area of 52,000m2, catering for 424 in-patients, an adjoining 70 000m2 diagnostic and treatment centre and 150,000m2 of associated site work including utility installation, lighting, roadways and parking.
The hospital is expected to open in February 2015.
