The contract at the the Nemours/Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children amounts to UUS$215m (拢134m). Skanska is also currently completing another children鈥檚 hospital in Florida for the same client.
The Delaware project is a five-storey, 40.000m2, 144-bed expansion to the existing Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children. The first floor will include a new emergency department, atrium, retail and dining facilities. The expansion will be connected the existing structure with a three-storey connecting link.
