Environmental Engineering Ltd (EE) specialises in HVAC and M&E services in the food and beverage industry. A subsidiary, MSS Clean Technology, specialises in the design, installation and commissioning of clean technology systems for pharmaceutical laboratories. Together they generated revenue of 拢19m last year.
EE joins Spie UK鈥檚 Industrial Services division and with EE based in Manchester and MSS in York, the acquisition strengthens Spie鈥檚 presence in the north of England.
