Mark Holland has joined Allison Homes South West in Devon as technical director, bringing 35 years of experience in the house-building industry.
Holland has held leadership roles at some of the UK鈥檚 largest volume housebuilders, working on numerous residential developments and regeneration programmes, including in Plymouth and St Austell.
In his new role, Holland will oversee all aspects of technical design and delivery within the southwest region for Allison Homes. He will also help prepare the business for regulatory changes, including the introduction of the Future Homes Standard.
