Morris Site Machinery is a leading British manufacturer and distributor of a range of world leading on-site machinery through our leading brands; ArcGen, Hilta, SMC, Denyo, Alcon and Softlite.

We operate out of bases in the West Midlands, Lincolnshire and Scotland supplying lighting towers, generators, welder generators, pumps and power washers to a range of industries from petro-chemical to quarrying and mining. As a well-established business with a rich engineering heritage, we pride our reputation for quality products and importantly, a first class service.

Our product range inculdes:

Welder Generators

Super silent petrol and diesel driven portable Welder Generators ranging from 165amps to 500amps, with excellent welding characteristics. Compact in design, available on various trailer types for instant on-site operation and simultaneous use of welding and auxiliary output increases the machines versatility making them ideal for specialist offshore and petrochemical sites.

Power Washers

Hilta's hot and cold industrial power washers are compact and robust and fitted on wheeled chassis' for easy manoeuvrability. The units range from 1500psi to 3000psi and are available with petrol and diesel engines or 240 or 110 volt electric motors. All units are complete with gun and lance, and 25' or 40' of hose as standard. The series also includes a 250gallon Bowser unit available with or without the accompanying pressure washer and on road tow for easy site transportation.

Pumps

Hilta and Alcon pumps are manufactured in the UK and the range consists of submersible, residue, centrifugal, diaphragm and automatic priming pumps available from 1inch to 12inches. The units come with a choice of petrol and diesel engines or electric driven motors and a full range of hoses and fitting are available to suit. Pumps over 4inches come complete with silenced canopies and are available on road tow for easy transportation to site.

Lighting

SMC's super silent Lighting Towers with four 1000watt metal halide lamps provide light to a wider work area. With hydraulically operated masts and 360degree mast rotation, these lighting towers are suitable for any operation and their compact design ensures that the units can be easily transported in bulk. In addition to these Lighting Towers are our range of portable Softlite Lighting Kits, weighing from just 8kg they are very versatile and suitable for any temporary project.

Generators

Ultra silent and super silent, dual and multi voltage, diesel ArcGen & Denyo generators available from 6kVA to 350kVA with safety features such as emergency stop button, auto engine shutdown and earth leakage breaker fitted as standard. Perfect for events and TV & film.
