Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support daily operations by managing client workflows, coordinating engagement documents, handling communications, and keeping records accurate-ensuring the accounting team stays focused, efficient, and client-ready.

Shift: Night shift (consecutive off)

  • The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience working in a CPA or accounting firm (mandatory)
  • Preferred experience with Karbon (practice management) and Ignition (proposals and billing)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Emapta facility
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage client workflows and tasks using Karbon
  • Facilitate client engagement letters and proposals through Ignition
  • Provide daily administrative support and office coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications via phone and email
  • Maintain client databases and ensure accuracy of files and records
