Implementation Consultant, you will lead end-to-end software implementations-analyzing client needs, configuring solutions, coordinating training, and ensuring smooth system transitions. You'll partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and long-term success.

The Qualifications We Seek
Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or Operations
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Your Daily Tasks
Conduct analysis to determine appropriate solution requirements for new or existing clients
Coordinate client training and collaborate with internal teams
Customize and install software solutions tailored to client needs
Oversee accurate, timely implementation and conversion of enterprise software across the full project lifecycle
Validate and test system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability
Assess data conversion methods and required resources
Test products or oversee testing processes to ensure quality outcomes
Consult on software installations and coordinate technical support for issue resolution
Provide responsive client support and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction
Offer insights and recommendations to improve products, systems, and processes
Ensure seamless handoff to internal teams after implementation completion
Participate in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
Configure products to align with client rules, plans, and procedures
Manage timelines and backlogs using tools such as Wrike and Jira
Document client interactions, progress, and project updates accurately
Communicate changes, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize processes
Participate in pilots, product rollouts, task forces, and special projects
Support field pilots and continuous improvement initiatives
