Job Description

As a Purchasing and Operations Analyst, you will design and implement new purchasing and operations processes, analyse data across business scenarios, and propose practical solutions. You'll support ERP projects, system upgrades, and cross-functional coordination to maintain business continuity and enable sustainable growth across global operations.

Shift: Night Shift (US CST business hours)
Salary: PHP 80,000 to PHP 120,000

The Qualifications We Seek

At least 5 years of experience working in Purchasing or Operations projects

Familiarity with Purchasing modules of Oracle or SAP ERP systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Knowledge in report creation and data analysis

Ambitious self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and continuously improve

Interest in operations and supply chain management

Willingness to learn and further develop analytical skills

Highly motivated, flexible team player able to thrive in demanding situations

Comfortable speaking and working with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to approach zero errors in final work output

Your Daily Tasks

Perform various project work as assigned

Analyse data to identify opportunities, determine root causes, and propose effective solutions

Proactively identify and exceed internal and external customer expectations

Deliver value through timely responses and a consistently positive, professional approach

Seek continuous improvement and confidently challenge the status quo

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanour

Perform additional project work as required

Manage and support the procurement of purchased goods
