The Criteria:
🔹 MRICS Chartered Status (Ideally) with 5+ years of consultancy experience.
🔹 Technical Breadth: Expert knowledge in TDD, Dilapidations, Contract Admin,
🔹 The Multidisciplinary Edge: The ability to collaborate with in-house PM and QS teams to deliver a seamless client service.
