The acquisition of Gebroeders Blokland in its home country brings Bam land and building rights for approximately 2,400 homes, primarily in suburban areas across the south and centre of the Netherlands.
Gebroeders Blokland generated revenue of 鈧95m in 2025, with EBITDA of 鈧10m.
Bam said that combining its own expertise with Gebroeders Blokland鈥檚 regional presence 鈥渦nlocks meaningful growth opportunities鈥.
Royal Bam Group chief executive Ruud Joosten said: 鈥淭he intended acquisition of Gebroeders Blokland fits seamlessly with our strategy to strengthen our position in residential property development in the Netherlands. It will increase our annual development potential by around 10%. Over the past year, we have significantly expanded our investments in land and building rights to ensure we can meet the growing demand for sustainable and affordable homes.鈥

Gebroeders Blokland will continue to operate independently under its own name, Bam said. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Dutch competition and regulatory authorities.
