Framework debut for Esh and Octavius

Esh 色猫直播 and Octavius Infrastructure are among eight contractors to have secured places on the second iteration of procurement agency YORhub鈥檚 YORcivil major works framework.

Also new on the framework as it moves into its second iteration are Bam Nuttall and Jackson Civil Engineering.

Staying on for a second term are Aureos Infrastructure Services, Galliford Try Infrastructure, John Graham 色猫直播 and John Sisk & Son.

The four companies dropping off the list are Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering,聽Morgan Sindall,聽Tarmac Farrans JV and聽Tilbury Douglas.

With an estimated potential value of 拢250m a year, the framework is designed for the procurement of public sector civil engineering projects worth more than 拢10m. Schemes expected to be procured through the framework agreement will include construction works, civil engineering, bridge and structure works, highway surfacing, coastal protection, flood alleviation and associated design services.

The YORcivil Major Works 2 contractor framework covers 21 local authorities spanning from North Yorkshire down to Derbyshire. It runs until November 2029 and includes the option to extend for another two years.

For Octavius Infrastructure (formerly Osborne Infrastructure), the appointment represents further geographic growth from its south of England heartland since its separation from the Osborne Group in 2021, growing annual turnover from 拢131m to 拢323m.

Octavius frameworks manager Jarrod Parkin said: 鈥淥ctavius has grown into a national business, this win reinforces that. We are now delivering transport infrastructure from Cornwall to Northumberland. In northern England YORcivil Major Works 2 joins YORcivil3, NEPO, Manchester Highways, Peel Ports and National Highways鈥 Scheme Delivery North East and North West, and Regional Delivery Partnership on our portfolio of highways 蹿谤补尘别飞辞谤办蝉.鈥

County Durham-based Esh 色猫直播 also has growth plans聽and is already on hte regular YORcivil3 framework. Business development director Ross Markwell said: 鈥淪ecuring a place on the YORcivil Major Works framework marks a key milestone in Esh鈥檚 strategic growth plans and reflects the quality, value and social impact we consistently deliver.

YORcivil Major Works 2 is now live and replaces the existing YORcivil Major Works framework, which expires at the end of December 2025, and complements the YORcivil3 framework, which delivers civil engineering projects up to 拢10m in value.
