Skanska sells Bath housing plot

16 Oct 14 Following its swift withdrawal from the UK house-building market last year, Skanska has sold the third plot of its UK residential development land bank to Kersfield Developments for £8m.

The site is in Bath and is sold with planning permission for 39 homes.

the Swedish group set up 鈥楬omes by Skanska鈥� in the UK in 2011 and then announced its closure in 2013.
