Skanska sells Cambridge land bank

2 Jul 14 Skanska has sold the second plot of its UK residential development land bank to Crest Nicholson for £35m.

The site is in the Trumpington area of Cambridge and is sold with planning permission for 274 homes.

The disposal follows Skanska鈥檚 decision to quit the UK house-building market last year after just two years.
