Strabag has finalised the acquisition of various assets of Gunning Transmission & Distribution Services (GTDS) from Ethical Power Group.
Strabag said that the integration of GTDS assets represented a significant step in entering the regulated energy markets in the UKI, enhancing the business鈥檚 energy capability through the addition of high-voltage installation and commissioning expertise.
This new area of the business will continue to operate from GTDS offices in Stafford, maintaining continuity for both clients and employees.
In the year to August 2024 GTDS turned over 拢96m 鈥� up from 拢44m in 2023 and 拢16m in 2022. Founder Gordon Gunning sold the business to Ethical Power Group Ltd in May 2024.
