The contractor鈥檚 southern building division will build a new Travelodge hotel, a new station square and 69 new homes. The scheme also includes landscaping work and a pedestrian link towards Queens Road station.
The client, Solum Regeneration, is a joint venture between Network Rail and Kier Property.
