The contract includes both construction and renovation of a commercial building, known as Kvartal 32, for client Christiansholm Eiendom.
Kvartal 32 has a gross area of about 29,000m2 spread over five above-ground floors and two underground. It is being developed for use as offices, shops, hotels and restaurants.
