Togwell reorganises his leadership team

1 day New Kier chief executive Stuart Togwell has wasted little time before restructuring his top team.

Kier has slimmed down from five divisions to three and appointed a chief operating officer as part of a raft of changes under the new regime.

Stuart Togwell, who succeeded Andrew Davies as chief executive of Kier Group in November, is starting the year with a re-shaped top team.

Louisa Finlay, currently chief people officer, is now chief operating officer, with responsibility for Kier鈥檚 adoption for digital technology in addition to her previous responsibility for health, safety & wellbeing and sustainability.

Joe Incutti, previously group managing director for Kier Transportation, is now group managing director for Kier Infrastructure, combining the previous Transportation, Natural Resources and Nuclear & Networks divisions into a single division.

Martin Staehr has joined Kier from Laing O鈥橰ourke this month as group managing director for Kier 色猫直播, taking Togwell鈥檚 old job.

James Askew, interim group managing director of construction, also joins the executive committee on a permanent basis as group commercial director, responsible for procurement, pre-construction and business development.

And there is as new new chief financial officer, with the arrival of Tom Hinton, recently of Wincanton.

Continuing on the executive committee under the new chief executive are Kier Property group managing director Leigh Thomas and corporate affairs director Sophie Timms.

Finally, Togwell has also appointed 鈥 in addition to Louisa Finlay as聽chief operating officer聽鈥撀燼 chief of staff for himself. This function is filled by Abi Cooke, previously head of strategy for Kier Places.聽

Kier is scheduled to issue a trading update on 20th January and its interim results on 3rd 听惭补谤肠丑.
