Willmott Dixon Interiors did not used to have a managing director – just Roger Forsdyke as chief operating officer and Adam Worrall as deputy managing director.

Now, after 18 months as deputy – and 25 years with the group – Worrall has been made new managing director of Interiors.

“What a privilege to step into the managing director's role for Willmott Dixon Interiors,” he said. “I'm excited to continue working with brilliant people as we continue to grow the business in the years ahead. I’m passionate about investing in our people, and raising performance culture through energised teams and clear accountability.”

He added: “My focus is on putting the best teams forward and delivering on the promises we make to our customers. We have a strong pipeline, underpinned by the capability, capacity and energy to deliver. As a result, we are building a very strong order book for 2027 and 2028.”
