You've just found it.About the Role:We're looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our responsive repairs team - a role where your work truly matters. Every day brings something new: from fixing fences and treating damp to making lofts warmer and homes safer. You'll deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to customers where it matters most - their homes.What you'll do:* Deliver high-quality work in line with your trade training, experience, and industry best practice. * Follow job instructions efficiently and complete tasks as detailed.* Work safely in accordance with Risk Assessments and Method Statements. * Support managers and supervisors to maintain a safe, compliant working environment. * Communicate clearly with planners, call handlers, and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.What we're looking for:We're looking for someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering quality work:Customer Driven - You put our customers first, ensuring every repair is completed to a high standard and every interaction leaves them feeling valued. Champion Communication - You communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues, keeping everyone informed.You'll bring:* Proficiency in fencing repairs, loft insulation, and mould treatment, while using a broad range of trade skills. * Experience in labouring duties within a building maintenance environment. * Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.* Experience working in social housing or domestic properties, including occupied homes.* Demonstrable experience of replacing missing or broken hardware, such as hinges, latches, and brackets.* A full, valid UK driving licence.
